About Me
Hi Families!
My name is Amy Van Schyndel and I am so excited to be your teacher this year. Let me tell you a little about myself. My husband Jake and I have been married for 7 years and have two children, Lilliana who is 6 and Colton who is 4. We love being outdoors and checking out new county, state and national parks to enjoy. During the summer we love to work in our garden. Family is the best!
As far as education goes, I earned my bachelor’s degree in elementary education and cross categorical special education from Carthage College in 2012. I went on to earn my master’s degree in education and educational leadership from Viterbo University in 2019. This is my 10th year teaching. Previously I have taught at Menominee Tribal School in Neopit, WI and Rock Ledge Intermediate School in Seymour, WI. This is my second year at FACS.
