Our Father Allouez Middle School Students get the opportunity to take elective courses. This allows for developing new skills, exploring personal interests, and gaining a well-rounded foundation beyond their core subjects. One of our elective offerings is American Sign Language (ASL) taught by Mrs. Melchert. The students quickly learn letters, words, and phrases that are integral to communicating in ASL.
As one student put it, “We are working towards becoming fluent in American Sign Language!” 🙌🎓🌟💙💚
