With Lent comes our call to repentance, fasting, prayer, and almsgiving. Our ashes symbolize the journey from mortality to resurrection (“dust to dust”). These 40 days of Lent help us renew our relationship with God and embrace humility. It offers us a perfect opportunity – with our Father Allouez Catholic School students and school families – to engage in deeper prayer, focus on spiritual growth, and perform acts of love and charity to serve others. It is a season of renewing our hearts!

✝️ Today, we observe GOOD FRIDAY, a sacred day. We take time to remember the ultimate sacrifice Jesus made out of love for us all. We reflect on His suffering and death on the cross — an act of profound mercy and redemption.
May we pray, be still, and draw closer to Christ, knowing that through His passion comes the promise of new life.
